The buyer will have 2 weeks upon receiving the product to return or exchange an item. As each piece of artwork is made specifically for the customer a 20% restocking fee will be applied if customer changest mind and decides to return a print. For defects and exchanges no restocking fee will be applied.

Shipping is standard ground shipping by either USPS, Fedex or UPS, if you prefer one use the contact page with the subject "shipping" and leave your preference as well as the shipping address. Also use this if you would like to upgrade to express shipping. All framed prints will have shipping insurance as it is glass.

Processing times can vary but unframed prints ship within one week, framed prints can take up to three weeks.
